Kyle Auer holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the US Patent Office. Prior to attending law school, Kyle worked in a small biotechnology company manufacturing monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies and assisting in the R&D of collagen production for the company.
While attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Cumberland School of Law, Kyle has served, and continues to serve, in the Alabama Army National Guard as a medic. He has spent the majority of his time in the Alabama Army National Guard in a Military Police company but has also volunteered for and served in the Pre-Mobilization Training Assistance Element as well as the Command and Control Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Response Element.
Kyle's memberships include the American Intellectual Property Law Association and International Trademark Association.
