Leonard Raykinsteen is a registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to practice in State Courts in Michigan. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Oakland University, an M.B.A. from Wayne State University, and J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. In addition to his private practice experience in which he has drafted and prosecuted mechanical, software and chemical patent applications, Mr. Raykinsteen is a former patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, examining patent applications relating to computerized systems, devices, and their corresponding data processing methods. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Raykinsteen had over 10 years of Automotive Engineering and Materials Science experience specializing in the areas of polymer-based technologies, as well as aspects of inorganic materials relating to steel, aluminum, and metal alloys.
